I made my first Paleo type recipe today. Check it out!
I searched the internet and came across this BLOG, which is totally awesome.
I tweaked the recipe a bit. I only used nutmeg and reduced the amount of cinnamon to approximately 1 tsp. I also used Almond Oil instead of coconut and added applesauce as well.
They turned out SO GOOD!!! Very moist and Scott even likes them. Of course, I didn't tell him any of the ingredients so he just assumes it's all the processed crap. Well, until he reads this anyway. :-)
I highly recommend this recipe!
